2. Xizmatlarimiz
Aviachipta, tur paketlari, mehmonxona broni, viza va transfer xizmatlari. Biz yetkazib beruvchilar (aviakompaniya, tur operator, mehmonxona, konsullik) bilan mijoz o'rtasida vositachimiz; parvoz, joylashuv va viza qaroriga o'sha yetkazib beruvchilar hamda davlat organlari javobgar.
3. Murojaat kanallari
Mijoz biz bilan Telegram, Instagram Direct, telefon, elektron pochta yoki ofisda bog'lanadi. Shu kanallardagi yozishmalar ichki CRM tizimimizda (crm.sheynaztravel.uz) saqlanadi va faqat xizmat ko'rsatish uchun ishlatiladi. Batafsil: Maxfiylik siyosati.
4. Bron va to'lov
- Narx bron tasdiqlangan paytda kuchga kiradi; tasdiqlangunicha o'zgarishi mumkin.
- To'lov naqd, bank o'tkazmasi yoki karta orqali qabul qilinadi; to'lov hujjati beriladi.
- Bron mijoz bergan ma'lumot (F.I.Sh., pasport raqami, sana) asosida rasmiylashtiriladi.
5. Hujjatlar uchun javobgarlik
Pasport amal muddati, viza, chaqiruv va boshqa hujjatlarning to'g'riligi mijoz zimmasida. Noto'g'ri ma'lumot tufayli yuzaga kelgan chipta bekor bo'lishi yoki chegarada rad javobi uchun agentlik javob bermaydi.
6. O'zgartirish va bekor qilish
Bekor qilish va o'zgartirish shartlari yetkazib beruvchining tarifiga bog'liq. Aviakompaniya yoki operator ushlab qoladigan jarimalar mijoz hisobidan qoplanadi; agentlik xizmat haqi qaytarilmaydi.
7. Javobgarlik chegarasi
Agentlik javobgarligi ko'rsatilgan xizmat qiymati bilan cheklanadi. Ob-havo, aviakompaniya jadvalidagi o'zgarish, davlat qarorlari va boshqa bizga bog'liq bo'lmagan holatlar uchun javobgarlik yuklanmaydi.

1. Who we are

2. Our services
Air tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa support and transfers. We act as an intermediary between the customer and suppliers (airlines, tour operators, hotels, consulates); the supplier or the authority is responsible for the flight, the accommodation and the visa decision.
3. Communication channels
Customers reach us through Telegram, Instagram Direct, phone, e-mail or at our office. Messages from these channels are stored in our internal CRM (crm.sheynaztravel.uz) and used solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Booking and payment
- The price becomes binding when the booking is confirmed; until then it may change.
- Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer or by card; a payment document is issued.
- Bookings are made using the data provided by the customer (full name, passport number, dates).
5. Travel documents
The customer is responsible for the validity of the passport, visa and other documents. The agency is not liable for a cancelled ticket or a refusal at the border caused by incorrect customer data.
6. Changes and cancellation
Change and cancellation terms follow the supplier's fare rules. Penalties charged by the airline or the tour operator are borne by the customer; the agency service fee is non-refundable.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for weather, airline schedule changes, governmental decisions or other circumstances beyond our control.
